BLC was founded in Ticino with a clear idea: professional training is measured by results, not by good intentions. Active since 2007, we are now ISO 21001:2019 certified.
Since 2007
High standards, from the very first course
Founded in 2007 in Ticino, BLC builds every training programme on verifiable teaching and procedural standards — not on generic slides. We support private and public organisations in the real development of their internal skills.
We design and deliver programmes in IT, accounting, language training, security, privacy and GDPR, and cybersecurity. Our senior consultants and work psychologists bring decades of direct experience in the field, not just academic titles.
We work with the private sector (pharmaceuticals, banking, industry, legal, trust and fiduciary) and with public bodies (cantons, the Confederation, healthcare, transport).
A certification we have maintained for years
BLC is certified to UNI ISO 21001:2019 by Dasa-Rägister SpA for the design and delivery of professional training and career guidance courses.
It is the first international standard dedicated specifically to educational organisations (EOMS — Educational Organizations Management System): it goes beyond the generic ISO 9001, because it defines quality requirements designed for those who teach, not for those who manufacture.
